Checklist of Items Needed

While most loans are straightforward, there are times when we need a little more information. We will always be upfront about why we need additional documentation and keep you updated throughout the loan process. We do ask that you get us the information at your earliest convenience to ensure your mortgage process continues hassle free.

  • Copy of Driver’s License

  • Last Two Years of W-2’s

  • Two Years Federal Tax Returns (All Schedules & Pages)

  • Recent 30 Days Pay Check Stubs

  • Last Two Months of Bank Statements (Checking, Savings, Retirement – Include All Pages Even If Blank)

  • Award Letters for Any Type of Social Security, Pension, Disability, Etc.

  • If Property is Owned – Provide for Any & All Properties:
    * Current Mortgage Statement
    * Home Owners Insurance Declaration Page
    * Current HOA Statement (If Applicable)

  • If Self Employed – Please Provide the Following:
    * Business License
    * Two Years of Corporate Returns
    * Two Years of 1099s
    * Three Months of Bank Statements
